By participating in any NRG Firewise event, or by following our recommendations for home hardening, you agree to indemnify and defend NRG Firewise and all volunteers against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, should any arise from your participation.
