Applications for the RCD’s Neighborhood Chipping Reimbursement Program open August 3, 2026, and will be accepted through October 31, 2026.
This program encourages the creation of defensible space around homes and along private roads by reimbursing eligible chipping service costs for property owners who remove and chip vegetation as part of their wildfire preparedness efforts.
